Nuts

Candied fruits
They are mainly used in confectionery and they are best used as decorative elements. They are served with chocolate and can also be added to cakes, ice-cream or even cheese-cakes. They are considered a luxurious product.
Grains
There are 24% of protein and 20 - 38% of oil in sunflower's seeds. These seeds are rich in vitamin E. There are also vitamin A and D which are dissolved in fat and the group of vitamin B that dissolves in water.
Beans
The size and the colour of each bean is different. Beans range from white –called haricot beans, beige, green and tiny –called lime beans, to rosy called kidney beans and black beans. Each type of beans is rich in protein.
Dried fruits
Dried fruits are not only delicious but also help to build good physical and mental condition. They are richer in fibre than other products, they also contain large amounts of potassium, iron, magnesium and copper.
